Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Producer the main liaise between the creative services team and other teams across the enterprise to lead the development, production, and delivery of print and digital tactics. You will leverage your deep understanding of the print and digital process and requirements to coach and guide teams and clients through a project lifecycle. This role requires the ability to communicate strongly and effectively with internal business teams to advise on the execution of projects, drive decisions, and move the work ahead.


This project would be for a minimum of 3 months- with a strong possibility of extending even further. 



  • Work directly with internal business teams to understand the overall business objectives and strategies and how each print or digital project interrelates.

  • Develop project plans that include schedules along with regular status and budget reports for stakeholders

  • Manage multiple print/digital marketing and communications projects for business partners

  • Manage complex and vendor-dependent projects

  • Balance and manage scope, schedules, time, cost, process, risk and quality

  • Traffic work between graphic designers, copy editors, email marketing experts, mobile communications experts, printers, mail houses, technology vendors, etc.

  • Make assignments internally and engage the appropriate outside resources throughout the project lifecycle to promote a high performing and effective team

  • Oversee internal business partners and outside agency partner relationships from inception to launch by conducting regular calls, monitoring and escalating project risks, soliciting partner feedback, making modifications to deliverables

  • Manage third party vendors or remote partners as necessary in the delivery of projects, including       gathering estimates

  • Ensure that all projects meet accepted best practices in print, usability, web site design and branding and strategic initiatives

  • Partner with the Director of Creative Services to develop processes and enforce a streamlined workflow and process

  • Identify and mitigate any issues that can delay or increase the costs of a project

  • Work to educate business partners and marketing team on best practices in producing print or digital assets

  • Natural resourcefulness to problem-solve on own

  • Develop reports for assigned work

  • Manage onboarding new business partners and marketing team members for process and procedures

  • Identify areas of optimization in-process and project-related reports (status, financial)

  • Performs other duties as assigned
