Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a Social Media Manager for a role with one of the most innovative food and drink companies in the world, with offices based in Uxbridge. This is a 4-day per week role.

The Social Media Manager will be passionate about the opportunity to promote my client’s iconic brands across social media. Your role is to entertain, engage with and listen to the communities that care about the client’s brands and to be so good at it, that you encourage more people to feel positively about them.

Your day-to-day will include working with the creative team to create amazing content for followers; posting and scheduling as per the content calendar you’ve created following our strict marketing compliance process; community management (liking, reposting and sharing stories); a monthly deep dive into the analytics (using hootsuite) for reporting against KPI’s and ensuring optimisation going forward; as well as managing influencer campaigns and spotting news stories for PR opportunities.  


  • Protect and promote the brand’s reputation
  • Create and maintain content calendars, seeking approvals as per the marketing compliance process, and publish/schedule right-first time content across social media accounts
  • Evaluate and analyse owned channel performance, including - share of voice measurement, individual brand sentiment tracking, competitor benchmarking, brand/follower growth tracking, reach & impression tracking, engagement tracking, plus incorporating paid media tracking where necessary
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies on the creation and delivery of digital content, plus provide insight on best practices & changes for future content


  • Track record of growing and engaging with audiences across variety of digital platforms
  • Advanced understanding of Google, Facebook / LinkedIn / Twitter and Instagram analytics and advertising platforms
  • Experience of campaign measurement and evaluation
  • Experience of working in an agency/in-house creative role
  • Experience of running and reporting on paid social campaigns
