Job Description

Searching for a Marketing Specialist to join a technology and solution company based in Irvine, CA. This candidate will be responsible for strategy and development of various marketing initiatives while aligning with the goals and objectives of the marketing department, product teams, and sales team. The marketing specialist will determine and work with resources to ensure all projects get completed in a timely manner and within budget.

(temp to hire, onsite in Irvine, CA, 37.5 hours per week, 50K annual salary) 


  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing coordinator/specialist or project coordinator position
  • Bachelors degree highly preferred
  • Strong communication and attention to detail skills 
  • Banking OR automotive OR technology industry experience is a plus
  • Tech savvy
  • Experience working with some sort of Project management software 

Day to Day: 

  • Work with Marketing Management to develop marketing campaigns that meet strategic objectives and company goals
  • This candidate will be responsible for being a subject matter expert with the products new features and be able to explain/communicate details to stakeholders and the content team
  • Identify overall market opportunity and refine campaigns through audience targeting and segmentation
  • Create strategic campaigns to reach target audiences that encompasses across all marketing channels (email, direct mail, advertising, social, web, events, etc.) and communicate with stakeholders on the status of all campaigns
  • Collaborate with product teams, sales teams, and marketing team to develop strategy, product positioning, go-to-market plans, and messaging that help drives traffic, engagement, and new leads that deliver sales and customer retention
  • Collaborate with events team to develop event marketing campaigns, ensure event marketing deadlines are met and deliverables align with the brand
  • Develop and manage campaign calendars with consideration of internal team and external agency team production timelines 
  • Work with marketing internal teams, external agencies and freelancers to execute marketing campaigns
  • Oversee quality control, proofing and editing to ensure brand alignment and product accuracy
  • Reporting, Research and Analysis: Working with product and sales team to do internal research 
  • Work with Marketing Management to understand the marketing budget and ensure that all campaigns and projects stay within budget
