Award-winning AI company is searching for a Sr. Marketing Operations and Automation Manager to help define and create scalable processes, manage our marketing technology stack, and optimize for efficiency and consistency. You’ll fill a key role between marketing and sales that will influence lead qualification, prospect visibility and ultimately help drive revenue.
A passion for using marketing technology to drive growth
Marketing automation management experience (Hubspot preferred, but Marketo, Pardot or Eloqua are acceptable)
Demonstrated expertise creating nurturing campaigns and drip campaigns
Significant Salesforce integration or administration experience, including a working knowledge of Salesforce process builder and workflows
Integration implementation experience, particularly with data providers and CRM
Experience working in a B2B technology company preferred
Experience with sales enablement technology, an inside sales team, or sales development team preferred
What You’ll Do
Manage all integrations including data providers, marketing automation, CRM, website, chatbot, and more.
Own CRM data hygiene, including lead and contact assignments, opportunity contact roles and more.
Create reports and analysis as needed
Design, create and test marketing automation rules as needed
Manage lead scoring, routing and the conversion process
Build campaigns and workflows
Administrate website plugins and integrations as needed
