Our awesome client is the healthcare space is seeking a contract to hire Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. This is a fulltime, onsite role, located in the Northern Suburbs. This person will manage with their agency partner and work daily in their CMS to trouble shoot content. This person will also help to come up with SEO strategies anf help with the local franchises with their strategies to ensure it is setup correctly and setup for success.
Understand the consumer-buying journey and evaluate how we can better leverage digital content to drive consumer marketing inquiries;
Lead the daily maintenance of main site in collaboration with internal stakeholders and outside vendors;
Coordinate day-to-day relationships with agencies, programmers, content writers, link builders, and social media marketers;
Ensure consistent brand standards, brand voice and best practices for content creation, distribution, optimization and maintenance;
Analyze web metrics and dashboards with an emphasis on driving and measuring qualified leads
Direct and report findings of comprehensive local and national website audits, plus competitive search analysis;
Create SEO strategies and deliver hands-on tactics to solve for goals and issues (must have fluency in Google Analytics and website optimization tools);
Consult with and coach local offices on local website customizations and best practices;
Support end-user franchisees with website content updates and access, reporting data, and other support as required.
Lead monthly internet marketing training sessions for franchisees and local staff.
3-5 years experience in digital marketing, including UX, front-end content development and/or SEO;
Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify, communicate, and resolve problems;
Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills;
Advanced Microsoft Excel and data management skills;
Experience working in an Enterprise Content Management System;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work within a team and independently;
Outstanding customer service skills;
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related experience.
