The Marketing Project Manager plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of activities related to the company's Corporate Marketing functions. The role is primarily responsible, under intermittent supervision, for overseeing the daily operational processes, resource management, project management and production trafficking of creative assignments for web, email, print, direct mail, video and other media, and ensures that projects are on track.
" Lead project teams through all phases of project management life cycle and ensure our creative approval process is followed.
" Provide insight from metrics reports on turnaround times, workload, service levels, project type, and make recommendations for process improvement and better collaboration.
" Monitor new creative requests and create new projects in Workfront when needed.
" Review, assess and assign all received Workfront projects reflecting various types of marketing initiatives, print and digital collateral to creative services team.
" Keep stakeholders on task and schedule project deliverables for all marketing initiatives, including print collateral and digital properties.
" Serve as a Corporate Marketing point of contact (POC) across all functions in the company.
" Adhere to Compliance policies and procedures, and develop and educate others to work compliantly.
" Collaborate with "project owner" for problem resolution, negotiation and decision making.
" Project plan, manage and attend meetings for larger scope projects.
" Provide metrics and reports for Marketing and Compliance, evaluating marketing effectiveness and how work flows are structured for continuous improvement in efficiencies and Key Performance Indicators.
" Responsible for process identification and outline for all marketing operational procedures.
" Lead trainings on Workfront and revise content for all user types, when applicable.
" Collaborate with supervisor on a regular basis to modify and refine workflow.
" Train and support Workfront marketing user types to help them understand the overall process, their roles and permissions in the system.
" Adhere to marketing creative process, brand guidelines and standards, with the purpose of helping the organization present a consistent and unified brand; educate and support others.
" Maintain positive relationships with team members, internal clients, and vendors.
" Manage Google Business account and add branch listing admins when requested.
" Manage field requests for admin rights on branch Facebook pages.
Perform other duties as assigned.
" Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

" Excellent writing skills.
" Proficiency with project management tools: Worfront, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
