Job Description

We have an excitng opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager with a great agency in downtown Milwaukee. This person will help lead digital marketing programs from the strategy, planning and end to end execution across multiple channels that will drive the agency’s and clients’ digital and ecommerce growth. This is an on-site, temp to hire opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee all digital services and projects – Google and social media advertising, email drip campaigns, marketing automation platforms – including programming, production, execution and quality.
  • Strategy, planning and end-to-end execution of digital marketing activities.
  • Write content in collaboration with other team members for all digital channels including but not limited to websites, social media campaigns and email marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and drive all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Work with marketing automation platforms like Marketo and SharpSpring.
  • Work with the client services team to proactively identify web/digital solutions that drive against our clients’ business goals, furthering our ability to deliver comprehensive, integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Develop relevant analytics reports, including analysis and recommendations across all channels.
  • Play an integral role in new business development including designing and writing digital marketing proposals to ensure they are strategically grounded and appropriate for client needs.
  • Stay abreast of current digital trends and technologies and are a thought leader in the digital marketing space.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field required.
  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing and advertising.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels as well as A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Understanding of social media and website metrics and best practices.
  • Experience in setting up, managing and optimizing Google AdWords and social media campaigns.
  • Experience and working knowledge of marketing automation platforms including Marketo, SharpSpring and HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
