My client's hardware business continues to grow (sales & product portfolio), alongside DR now being centralised, they need additional support in running & growing our Demand Capture Activity (SEM, Shopping & Remarketing) in EMEA.
The Responsibilities / The What:
Working alongside the overall Performance Media Lead, our internal partners (Medialab) and external agency (Essence) ensure the strategy is aligned to our wider media strategy and overall business goals.
Devising on the brief and business direction with Media Lab, approving the media strategic response.
Own our Shopping campaign execution end-to-end across EMEA. Working closely with our Global feeds lead, ensure not only are our feeds serving at 100% but also ensure the feeds and campaigns are continuously being optimised.
Own local & regional comms of performance & agreed strategy but also to ensure their feedback/input is considered when creating future campaign briefs.
Working closely with our Partnerships teams, be responsible for owning promotional plans for all performance media, including that the plans are clearly & concisely passed to our external agency (Essence) in a timely manner.
Overseeing the work of our digital intern and aligned to our testing strategy, ensure all creative is localized, approved and passed to Medialab & Essence in a timely manner.
Key Skills / The How:
Excellent understanding of the Digital Media landscape, especially in Google Shopping. Needs to ensure the Hardware is operating with a ‘best-in-class’ mindset and continuing to optimise & refine activity.
Project & Stakeholder management skills are vital for this role. Working with an array of stakeholders, sometimes with conflicting goals, ensuring all are kept consulted and/or informed at all times on our plans, changes & requests.
Attention to detail is also key, including working with various versions of copy and spreadsheets and ensuring no mistakes go into live creative.
Proactive and ‘can do’ attitude, always striving for the best solution or result, especially with the end customer in mind.d..
Ability to work under pressure, thrive in a fast paced environment and act like an owner.
Secondary Language (French, Spanish, German, Italian) very desirable Experience working MNC cross-functionally globally
