Vitamin T's client in downtown Richmond, VA is looking for a Production Coordinator to join their team.
Title: Production Coordinator
Location: Onsite in downtown Richmond, VA
Duration: 3 months with potential to extend
3-5 years' professional experience in project management, production management, or marketing ops
Print production experience is highly preferred
Experience in creative team environment (agency or in-house). Print production bacgkround. Project management or production management experience.
Previous experinece working with job tracking systems (Aprimo, etc)
Highly organized. Capable of managing multiple projects in different stages of completion
Strong communication skills
The Production Coordinator is part of the Store Marketing team. The Coordinator is responsible for production and fulfillment of store marketing projects. This role partners heavily with the Sr. Consultant of Store Marketing, Internal Marketing Partners (e.g. Creative team, Construction) and external marketing vendors (e.g. production and install vendors). In addition, the Coordinator is responsible for maintaining daily warehouse inventory management of over 300 SKUs, and the Marketing Solutions store helpline.
Production Coordination (focused on Grand Openings, Remodels, Auctions)
Opens jobs via workflow systems and provide input briefs as needed
Leads vendor scheduling, material orders and installation for all new grand openings and remodels
Collaborates with Creative to ensure accuracy of materials, store layouts, install guides
Manages a team of vendor installers who are on-site, ensuring successful completion of the marketing plan
Reviews vendor proof of performance and coordinate return visits if necessary; upload photos to shared site.
Production/install management and coordination for other store marketing projects as needed
Warehouse Management and Fulfillment
Maintains a comprehensive list of all store marketing warehoused items, including pricing, vendor details, specs, etc.
Manages the ordering of all store warehouse materials to achieve timely delivery of quality materials
Issues daily report to ensure store orders are accurately processed by the warehouse and delivered in a time sensitive cost-effective manner
Conducts weekly warehouse inventory review and maintains inventory levels
Analyzes usage and costs for all items stored in the warehouse and adjust order levels as needed; seeks efficiencies
Provides trend analysis on warehouse levels and costs to help determine budget
Fields requests and triage
Orders materials through Coupa
Makes judgement calls and initiates projects
Provides exceptional customer service; follows up with store teams.
Provides production support and dispatch vendor install teams
Prepares, coordinates and reconciles purchase order and invoice processing with vendors and internal departments
Ensures all vendor invoices are received and processed in a timely manner
