Job Description

We're partnering with one of our clients in Frisco to help them find their next Communications Manager.

  • LOCATION: Frisco,  TX (must sit onsite)
  • START DATE: Immediate (pending background screening)
  • SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, Standard Business Hours
  • DURATION: Full-time, temp to hire through Vitamin T 

The Communications Manager is responsible for managing all internal and external communications for Intelgica’s family of brands, ensuring our client's messaging is consistent. Ultimately, you will help us ensure they are crafting effective marketing campaigns to win new clients and attract prospective employees.

In This Position You Will:

  • Developing an integrated communications strategy for the company incorporating PR, Marketing and Advertising
  • Implementing communications plans to increase brand awareness and recognition for the organization
  • Developing relationships with key media to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline
  • Writing press releases for local and national media
  • Writing white papers to build brand awareness and thought leadership
  • Work closely with internal Subject Matter Experts to identify new content marketing opportunities
  • Monitoring press stories relating to the company and its brand and maximizing opportunities for positive PR and playing down any negative PR
  • Analyzing current communications and messages and ensuring consistency
  • Developing the company’s internal communication strategy across all six companies that we serve
  • Communicating brand to internal customers and stakeholders

The Qualities You Possess:

  • 5-7 years of work experience as a Communications Manager or similar role
  • Highly articulate individual with excellent written communications and presentation skills are essential.
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills are essential
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Must be a confident team player who enjoys collaboration
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred
