Our client, a highly respected manufacturer just outside Milwaukee, is looking for a Business Systems / Business Analyst to serve as a liaison among their internal teams and vendors to extrapolate and clearly document technical & business requirements that support ongoing project and product development work.
Elicit, analyze, translate and document business requirements
Translate requirements into specifications for the technical team in an organized, repeatable model
Prepare documentation including requirements, design documentation, test cases and other documentation as required through the project lifecycle
Work closely with internal teams to maintain documentation on the assigned projects
Develop clear and concise functional requirements for technical development
Assist in the creation of detailed test cases and analyze results.
Create training manual/support document as needed
Partner with Quality Assurance teams to document test plans and use cases, and provide support in user acceptance testing and integration testing as needed
Perform other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned
Adhere to and enforce the appropriate information security policies based on the sensitivity of company data and report any security related issues
Bachelor degree required
3+ years working in a technical environment as a Business Analyst
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills required
Ability to successfully communicate technical requirements and business needs to all levels of the organization
Familiarity with different project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
