6 months Maternity Contract

Events producer experience and or Account management from an experiential or creative agency.

Must have management budgets over £1 million pounds.

 

Duties:
This role is responsible for leading tier 1 events across EMEA with the Creative X: Events & Experiences team. The role will work closely with the above-mentioned team to oversee all elements of the production process, from strategic approach through concept development, full execution and evaluation.


The role will work with large XFN internal teams across the family of apps to create external events and flawlessly execute to ensure expectations are met. The role will manage events from start to finish, which includes: receiving brief from internal team, assigning agency; accurately forecast needs and manage event budgets, catering, venues, and other event production needs. Projects will range in size and scope but will often include Executive Level stakeholder management.

The role requires frequent travel throughout EMEA and occasionally Internationally.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute events, from initial planning to onsite event management and post event follow up/de-briefs.
Lead on large-scale event logistics
Source requirements from executive teams and manage executive level events with superb attention to detail.
Develop and execute events, from initial planning to onsite event management and post event follow up/de-briefs.
Work across multiple different events per month with varying budgets – strong prioritization skills required
Negotiate contracts and manage suppliers including agencies, hotels, off-site venues, caterers and others.
Maintain accuracy and accountability of event budget, manage final billing and reconciliation, evaluate results against goals, deliver wrap-up reports, and generate learnings for improvement.
Provide quantitative and qualitative evaluation of projects
Work cross-functionally with the Creative and AV teams to leverage their insight and experience and implement within the event
Resourceful, positive can-do attitude and can find ways to make things happen
Flexible and quick approach to event challenges
Skills:
Customer service and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of working with executive level stakeholders
Experience in creating and implementing timelines
Deep understanding of the cross-channel marketing mix
Project Management skills
Excellent communication skills with internal and external partners
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage and supervise onsite
French or German language skills would be added benefit


Education:
Bachelors Degree preferred

French or German nice to have!
