This role will be key to supporting the team's ability to run efficiently and productively. We are looking for a team player with strong communication skills who is highly organized and detailed oriented. We want that unique individual who takes ownership and can get inputs and make decisions. This role will work closely with the Creative Director to manage the agency workflow, determine priorities, and identify when additional resources or adjustments are needed.
Field new creative project requests by attending kickoff meetings and client calls
Work with account team to clarify edits to existing projects to ensure all feedback is clear and can be executed
Develop and manage high-level project timelines and follow up on those deadlines
Understand campaign needs in order to work with account team to finalize internal creative briefs
Track project performance to understand changes to deliverables, timelines, hours, etc.
Send weekly overview to identify impending due dates and new project requests
Understand hours estimates to accurately assign hours and create timelines
Education / Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a field related to communication, advertising, marketing or design
5+ years experience, preferably in a small-mid size creative agency atmosphere
Experience with project management software, Google Docs, and Sheets, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Knowledge of campaign timelines and design process a must
