Our client has an immediate need for an experienced Payroll & Tax Specialist who will help spearhead and lead conversion of payroll from ADP Payforce to ADP Vantage.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ADP Vantage to perform system testing / validation of our North American payroll of 6,000 employees. You will be the super user for ADP Vantage and will assist
with training, documentation and HR data entry during our conversion period. In addition, you will help review divesture activities related to payroll, analyze population to identify and setup required tax
jurisdictions, balances to transfer, etc. to stand up the new payroll by the "go live" date. You will also assist in year-end payroll activities both in current state and prep for 2019 W2 first payrolls of 2020.
Perform Payroll and HR system testing - ADP Vantage, Oracle HCM, ADP Payforce - Earnings and Tax
Calculations, Interfaces and confirm data setup.
Setup new payroll (analyze employee data, set up tax jurisdictions for new payroll, etc.)
Data analysis and validation - gather information for transfer employees, taxes and any necessary
benefit balances to new entity and audit data to ensure completion / accuracy.
ADP Vantage payroll processing.
ADP Vantage HR data entry.
ADP Payforce payroll processing.
Provide training to payroll team in ADP Vantage as needed.
You are meant for this job if
ADP Vantage Super User (at least 5 years experience required).
CPP Certification required.
At least 10 years' experience in Payroll Tax compliance.
