Our client is looking for an eager Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Director of Marketing and CEO. Best fit Candidates must thrive in a fast paced environment, possess strong organizational, problem solving, and adaptable management skills. We are looking for someone with a passion for marketing who will contribute to the start-up energy that's now in GROWTH mode and drive of a growing culture.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or relevant work experience
2 years experience in account management
Proficient communication skills in both verbal and written communication
Must be organized and detail-oriented
Being a self-starter is crucial as you are responsible for driving client success
Participate in internal strategy and client meetings as appropriate
Translate client requests and requirements into detailed, and sometimes technical, instructions for project teams.
Support client projects and engagements with a variety of tasks, such as keyword research, landing page design, online marketing, social media, email initiatives, etc.
Manage production workflow between client and agency to ensure client needs and expectations are met
Ensure each project is delivered on-time, with quality control standards, and meets client expectations
Follow and assist in developing procedures, documenting client meetings, generating analytics reports, and general project management
