Job Description


Our client is looking for a Senior Creative Director to lead their marketing creative resources working on print and packaging production, marketing communications, and ecommerce. This position will report to the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for providing creative direction on new packaging, digital and traditional advertising, and ecommerce enhanced brand content. The Senior Creative Director will work with cross functional partners and stakeholders to ensure creative needs are being delivered with quality including working with the print production and operations manager, the head of ecommerce, and the head of marketing communications.


  • Create the concept and develop new brand identities for future product lines
  • Work with agency partners and internal resources to align on a creative direction and deliver assets
  • Responsibility for people management; developing creative talent in the organization and enhancing the overall quality of creative delivered by the creative services team
  • Maintaining and evolve creative style guides
  • Work with the print production and operation manager to ensure high quality output from the print production team
  • Develop creative assets for online advertising, paid search, and other paid media
  • Enable the sales organization by developing high quality sales materials for use in customer/retailer presentations
  • Manage resources to deliver high quality photography and videography in the internal photo studio and through external resources, as necessary
  • Design various marketing materials to support trade show efforts and other marketing and advertising campaigns, including email campaigns
  • Create visually engaging content for a variety of social platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram)


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years brand development; comfortable with creating brand identities from the ground up
  • 5-10 years of experience in graphic design with a strong digital portfolio
  • 5-10 years’ experience in art direction or creative role for eCommerce platforms
  • 5 years responsive email design experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Powerpoint
  • Good eye for copy that supports the product image and brand
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage agency partners and contractors to meet design and quality standards, deadlines and budget requirements
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize workload with minimal supervision and flexibility of shifting priorities – must enjoy working on a variety of brands with a fun team – multi-tasking is a must!
