Job Description

Exciting contract to hire Graphic Designer role for someone with up to 3 years of experience!


With the oversight of the Content Studio Manager and Lead Designer, assist with the creation, layout, and production of print and digital assets, including video editing and production work.
Implement and maintain brand guidelines on all projects.
Provide creative support to internal teams including International Marketing, Sports Marketing, Industry Partner Relations, and Meeting Sales.
Ability to animate creative work, prepare files for press, and execute digital design.
Assist with the maintenance of the image database, this includes basic photo editing.
Provide project status updates, including deadline changes and prioritization of workload.
Explore and make recommendations on creative and technology trends in an effort to help the client continuously evolve its creative positioning.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, agencies, departmental staff, and supervisors.
Work in collaboration with Lead Designer to assist with photography and video shoots for projects as needed.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art, Advertising and 2-3 years of related experience in graphic design.
Ability to work on both PC and Mac platforms.
Required Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of the design process, 4-color process, printing process and file preparation.
Must possess knowledge of principles and techniques of design, branding, typography, and color theory.
Strong grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, proofreading, document formatting, and editing skills.
Professional approach to time management and deadlines.
Requires strong customer relations skills, communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving, and the ability to work with confidential documents.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, achieve deadlines under pressure, and work independently with minimal supervision and as a member of a team that solicits input for all levels of the organization and external agencies.
Experience with project management system a plus.
