Our client, a mortgage firm that has been closing loans and opening doors since 1960, is hiring for a National Marketing Administrator to support their Bellevue branch. This role is 3-month temp-to- hire.
The National Marketing Administrator plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of activities related to the company’s National Marketing function and onboarding. The role is primarily responsible, under general supervision, for providing service to licensed mortgage professionals, support in project management and overseeing special marketing projects.
Responsible for activating loan officer website in MyCircle, as well as updating essential elements within their Pardot account and CloudManager upon notice of sponsorship completion from HR.
Responsible for updating head shot (or intro video) on websites (MyCircle), marketing portal (SalesForce) and email signature (CloudPages) for entire field.
Provide support on updating phone numbers in MyKey, Pardot, and CloudManager.
Deliver on promised marketing service levels for Branch Managers and Recruiters when hiring Loan Officers.
Onboard, plan set-ups, sign ups and invoicing of any new marketing tools adopted by the team.
Oversee marketing service vendor invoices, code and allocate. Communicate with vendors to find resolution to any issues and continued monitor of customer service level provided by vendor
Support onboarding of acquisition personnel for all marketing tools and platforms.
Provide notification to loan officer, Regional Field Marketing Manager and Regional Administrator of website activation.
Notify Regional Admins, Field Marketing Managers and (if applicable) Regional Human Resources of regional terminations.
Responsible for possessing a thorough understanding of Company’s operations and detailed processes, across multiple departments, as they are all inter-related.
Function as a Marketing operations counterpart to the Regional Administrators.
Continued support, documentation and reassessment of process improvement(s) for all marketing setups and termination.
Responsible for proofreading, updating and adding loan officer biography/introduction to website via MyCircle.
Serve as a liaison between Compliance and loan officer for any licensing inquiries or updates.
Involvement and participation in field marketing team weekly meetings and yearly in-person trips.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
Content management and creation of Weekly Marketing Newsletter.
Develop ways to measure success of various marketing initiatives and provide metrics accordingly.
Bachelor’s degree, along with a minimum of 1 years related experience required.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel and Word), with extensive calendaring and advanced features, including task management, Advanced PC skills.
Highly proficient with Google Drive.
Demonstrated ability to work independently; self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills and very comfortable communicating with executives and internal teams outside of marketing.
