The Marketing Automation Specialist will gain hands on experience in demand gen and online marketing for a rapidly growing IT companyr. The ideal candidate is looking to pursue a career in marketing, is organized, a self- starter, and has a willingness to learn in a fast paced environment and help the team in any way.
Work directly with Sr. Global Marketing Manager to develop and execute high-quality communications.
Maintain email reporting and working with GSMM on optimization and email creation.
Proactively review analytics of communications; focus primarily for regional best practices; identify and implement techniques while driving additional global sales performance metrics.
Build new emails for Marketo and Outreach IO to support demand creation and sales enablement.
Content Management: help to prioritize, create, integrate, archive and publish sales copy materials; implement and manage on-going feedback with the global teams to drive continuous improvement of these materials and sales performance.
Work with the team to grow the sales engagement processes by helping with optimization and reporting.

Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Outlook
Familiarity with social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
Collaborative team player who is eager to jump in and learn
Comfortable with numbers/data
Preferences: 2-5 years work experience in Marketing function- Marketo Certification or Prior Experience with Marketing Automation Tool
