Job Description

We're looking for a full-time Email Marketing Specialist for one of our corporate clients in downtown Dallas.

  • Full-time (90 day temp-to-hire)
  • Monday - Friday (standard business hours)
  • Background and drug screen required prior to start date
  • $50,000/year + depending on experience 


  • Work with internal teams to gather requirements and build, execute and automate email marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure that campaigns are developed and deployed on time and with high quality (QA) and superior customer experience.
  • Respond quickly and with a good attitude to immediate turn-around projects that require quick problem solving and action.
  • Build campaign canvases, filters, lists and templates, and manage performance.
  • Segment database content to build the most impactful campaign lists.
  • Deliver post-campaign insights on new or impacted leads, incremental sales and ROI.
  • Develop and manage new lead scoring and campaign tracking processes.
  • Solicit qualitative feedback from brand, operations, and key stakeholder teams for better awareness on market conditions, products, and business dynamics to inform our campaigns.
  • Stay current with the latest B2B and B2C Marketing Automation Practices.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in email marketing and drip / nurturing campaign segment building
  • Knowledge of lead scoring, contact management and email marketing best practices.
  • Knowledge of how to leverage customer data, technology, and marketing strategy for campaign planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in Excel and or other reporting or analytical software.
  • Project management and problem-solving skills preferred.
  • HTML editing skills.
  • Some understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of digital metrics.
  • Technically savvy with strong communication and problem solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills to assure quality content, emails, proposals, and other communications.
  • Possess excellent analytical, organizational, time-management and creative thinking skills
