Vitamin T has an EXCITING opportunity for a Sr. UX/UI Designer in Dallas, TX! We will only consider candidates that live in the immediate Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex as no relocation assistance is provided for this position.
This is a permanent (temp-to-perm) opportunity that will be 40 hours/week Monday-Friday and all the work must be done on-site.
You must be able to show samples of your work thru individual work samples and/or an online portfolio. Work samples must include/provide:
A clean and modern design aesthetic
Examples of userflows and wireframes
Narrative/description of each project that documents the problem to be solved and steps you took to solve the problem
Represent and champion online and mobile customer experience initiatives.
Build and update the customer journey map, the measurement of key touch points and how they contribute to the business.
Leverage analytics, usability studies, AB testing and conduct in-depth user experience analysis of websites to identify pain points, inefficiencies, traffic loss, and other enhancement opportunities to create future state.
Help prevent erosion of the UX through regular product quality reviews.
Lead the UX design flow and prototyping process for mobile and desktop.
Implement change initiatives, products and process enhancements.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with multiple internal and external constituencies including compliance, loan operations, risk, and information technology.
Successful candidate will have passionate interest in user experience; digital marketing and demonstrated success in translating into significant customer experience/process improvements across all touch points.
Demonstrated depth of experience with website optimization including usability studies, UI and technologies.
Depth of experience leveraging web analytics tools such as Google analytics and translating analysis into insights and initiatives.
Comprehensive knowledge of online marketing, customer experience best practices, operations, and supporting systems.
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to develop insights and translate into improved customer experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong computer/systems skills, ability to utilize standard software applications including MS Office suite and Adobe Creative suite.
Degree in human factors, computer-human interaction, interactive design, or graphic design, preferred.
