Vitamin T has partnered with a client looking for a UX/Product Designer, to join a growing UX Design team. This client is heavily tied to the music industry and is looking for an individual with a passion for music and the idea of translating a magic that they have to their web and mobile experience, so that their physical and digital products work together in a virtuous cycle to become a destination for long-term engagement.
Share a passion for new music, works well in a startup environment and wants to be part of a worldwide community that is already making music history.
Work end-to-end with the product, engineering and design to define problems and goals, create user flows, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, givie and solicite design critique, and communicate to developers and stakeholders throughout the projects life cycles.
Expertise in cross-platform experiences: designing intuitive, delightful and efficient user interfaces, across web, mobile and email.
Ability to work with internal customers & stakeholders to define workflow and process improvement.
Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity, developing iterative designs working with an agile/scrum methodologies.
3-5 years' experience as a UX Designer, UX Researcher, and/or Product Designer
Experience in UX Research and user-testing, both quantitative and qualitative, including surveys, in-person interviews, card-sorting and data analytics. You should drive and justify your design decisions using the result of these learnings, along with data and design principles.
Experience of HTML and CSS.
Confident using Adobe CC Suite, Sketch, Marvel, Invision and design software of your choice.
Taken point/lead on projects.
Experience with design systems and style guides.
Experience working in startups and distributed teams.
Experience working on design within an entertainment or tech company.
