About the Role: Looking for an Internal Communications resource that has deep HR domain experience and exceptional writing skills to support our client's HR colleagues with a variety of straightforward programs/projects.
We need candidates – and ultimately an individual that can work 20-25 hours a week that has experience and background in these kinds of projects we are looking to execute:
2020 Benefit enrollment and communications to employees around that process.
Compensation planning – and how to message and communicate appropriately.
Change communications: Workday Integration – both specifically for the HR community, managers/employees and coordination with the overall Workday corporate project.
Pulse Survey – we have a significant amount of employee feedback data that we’d like someone to review and provide recommendations on how to communicate back out to the company those results.
