My client is a Global Tech Giant, and they are looking for a seasoned Lead Producer for their internal Brand Agency. This is a 6 month contract, paying up to £130 000/annum (£65 000 for 6 months) PAYE pro rata.
We are looking for a Lead Producer to drive forwards the next stage of our newly-established and growing in-house Brand Studio. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced and unusual environment, this role will be responsible for partnering with the team producer, design team, and design lead, to define and implement the next stage of the team’s growth, establish efficient processes, and support us to partner on more complex projects as well as finding and managing external resource, including agencies.
This role requires a tolerance for ambiguity, a commitment to executing at pace, and an understanding of the unique challenges of working within a technology and research-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will bring to bear their deep experience of managing and overseeing projects and agencies, implementing design and creative strategies, and setting up effective workflows to supercharge the efforts of both the in-house team and our ability to scale by working with agencies and freelancers.
This opportunity will suit someone who has significant expertise in managing multiple large design projects, ideally in fast paced agency settings. Experience within science, technology and research field is a plus. You are an expert and technically proficient lead producer, with a sound understanding of initial ideation and strategy through to scoping, visual design, development and delivery for a range of creative projects, potentially including digital, visual design, marketing and video
You have a strong track record of successfully building strategies, processes and resourcing for growing teams to deliver ambitious projects
You’re an expert in developing strategies that are bespoke to client organisations
You are an adept manager of relationships - able to surface, explore and implement internal requirements from teams and senior stakeholders

Define, lead and project manage a workstream to develop the creative and design function, partnering with marketing, design lead and in-house producer
Analyse and evaluate the needs of the business, working alongside multiple internal and external teams to define requirements, creating effective, sustainable systems and processes, and ensuring efforts are coordinated to deliver these changes at pace
Ensure that any business requirements are translated effectively into a new operating model for the team, including recommendations for partnerships, resourcing, and systems
Effectively keep internal stakeholders involved and informed about the project progress
Develop and manage relationships with key creative agencies, setting up processes for oversight, delivery and ongoing relationship management
Maintain effective documentation and plan for any ongoing and iterative improvements required
Flag and manage any project risks
