Job Description

Our client is hiring a Product Manager for Data, to start asap after an interview process!

Ideally, a background in retail, e-commerce, or big brands will be needed in order to succeed in this role. Key is implementing CRM, data analytics building capabilities and extracting data into qualitative formats. 


Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience, Work Experiences: 3+ years of work experience in product management, systems product design, and/or data analysis2+ years of experience working with enterprise analysis tools1+ years of experience with database query writing and execution1+ years of experience building data reporting

Skills: Experience in prioritizing backlogWorking understanding of ScrumProven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across multiple cross-functional teamsExperience in Product Design with a focus on Analytics, and telling a story with DataDesire to untangle complex, subtle problemsWorking experience in managing the data layer using tools such as Segment, Google Tag Manager or Tealium.

Experienced in big data implementation and data streamingResponsibilities: Create actionable, insights driven data products for a variety for strategic business initiatives, stakeholder goals, and user needs.Work with other product team members to help implement actionable and trackable KPI. Establish prioritized roadmaps and implement strategies for executing with teams cross-functionally to build products that will advance the organization’s productivity through data & analysis. Audit data sets, visualizations, dashboards, and tools end-to-end.Identify and prioritize key issues and opportunities for innovation.Implement a user-centric design methodology, focusing on goal definition, design exploration, and idea refinement.

Communicate how users will interact with our data products through multi-step user flows, designs, and prototypes.Foster design thinking within the partnerships analytics organization, through workshops, design sprints, and ideation exercises.Manage data sharing and feed generation logic with internal and externals partners. Develop a thorough understanding of client policies, procedures, and safety rules. Duties may change; team member may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
