We're partnering with one of our agency clients to help build their paid media team. We're looking for a full-time Paid Search Manager with at least 2 years experience in a specific paid search role, an analytical mind and a solid quantitative grounding to join our client's organization. You will partner with account teams and our clients to provide superior service, performance, management and innovation of Paid Search programs

Role: You will partner with account teams and clients to provide superior service, performance, management and innovation of Paid Search programs Role: The Paid Search Manager is tasked with the day-to-day management of Search programs. In addition, this role is expected to manage the resources associated with assigned programs and collaboratively partnering with cross-functional teams on the both the strategic and day-to-day management of Paid Search accounts. The Paid Search Manager will most closely work with their assigned Account Lead and Analysis/Optimization Lead. The Paid Search lead must show capability gaining the confidence and trust of our clients, to self- manage where appropriate, exhibit and develop general business knowledge beyond the execution of Search media. The role is an indispensable part of driving constant improvement and intellectual value to our clients. The ideal candidate will have digital marketing knowledge, speficially in Paid Search, show strong communications and leadership ability, and exhibit a drive for innovation and improvement.
Develop Search Marketing Management skills, in addition to Google AdWords Certification, including various management platforms and reporting tools.
Learn Account Management Skills through communication, analysis and optimizations related to active client accounts.
Gain necessary competencies for Tableau and Excel data manipulation and visualization.
Lead Creative Optimization and Development efforts for Search clients.
Identification of account areas of opportunity or need, pertaining to ad creative
Development and communication of creative strategy to meet identified areas of opportunity or need
Develop/Collaborate on creative with approval of client/internal stakeholders
Execute and manage creative, ensuring proper alignment to reporting and analysis needs
Provide weekly and ad hoc analysis and reporting based on all creative optimization projects with goal of direct presentation of findings to clients
Develop best practices/processes transferable to rest to for improved creative optimization
Bid Modification Management and Analysis
Gain thorough understanding of AdWords and BingAds bid modification capabilities, spanning, geographic, demographic, device, audience and time dimensions
Analyze historical performance of all available dimensions within assigned accounts to identify areas of opportunity or inefficiency
Develop and communicate methodology and plan to adjust bid modifiers to support goals of the Search campaigns
Execute bid modifier changes related to analyses, with approval of client/internal stakeholders
Provide weekly/monthly and ad hoc analysis to determine effectiveness of changes
Develop best practices/processes transferable to rest to for improved bid modifier optimization, focusing on accounts that do not leverage algorithmic bidding for bid modifiers
Run analyses to determine effectiveness of active algorithms’ bid modifier optimizations with the goal of informing engines and platforms of successes and problematic bid modifications
Assist in various ad hoc projects or analyses, as needed
Retail industry experience
Exhibit competence in the use of Tableau within the context of managing
Understand company's capabilities and have the capacity to connect and pull data for reporting, forecasting and analysis purposes
Strong Quantitative Reasoning and Pattern Recognition ability Proven track-record of problem-solving
