Job Description

We're partnering with one of our agency clients to help build their paid media team.  We're looking for a full-time Lead Paid Search Manager with at least 3 years experience in a paid seach specialist role, an analytical mind and a solid quantitative grounding to join our client's organization. You will partner with account teams and our clients to provide superior service, performance, management and innovation of Paid Search programs

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (standard business hours)
  • Location: Dallas, TX (must sit onsite)

Role: The Paid Search Manager is tasked with leading Search programs, resources associated with those accounts and partnering with cross-functional teams on the both the strategic and day-to-day management of Paid Search accounts. The Paid Search Managr must show capability gaining the confidence and trust of clients, the ability to lead direct and indirect reports, exhibit general business knowledge beyond the execution of Search media, and drive deeper insights and innovation within programs under management or across the greater Search practice. The role is an indispensable part of driving constant improvement and intellectual value to clients. The ideal candidate will have digital marketing knowledge, (expert level in Paid Search), show strong communications and leadership ability, and exhibit a drive for innovation and improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, Present and Execute Strategies for Search Clients
  • Manage day-to-day Search Campaign Optimization and Operations
  • Effectively communicate Search campaign strategies, performance and updates to clients
  • Lead and collaborate with search team members, cross-channel teams, partner agencies and client stakeholders process improvement, account optimization and ad hoc business needs
  • Improve techniques, tools and processes for the aggregate search team where opportunities from your background and perspective are applicable
  • Be prepared to manage A/B testing within Search campaigns and be able to develop and communicate appropriate conclusions
  • Exhibit the media capabilities, critical thinking, client management, and teamwork necessary to lead Search accounts for the Agency


  • Exhibit competence in the use of Tableau within the context of managing
  • Understand company's capabilities and have the capacity to connect and pull data for reporting, forecasting and analysis purposes
  • Strong Quantitative Reasoning and Pattern Recognition ability Proven track-record of problem-solving 
  • AdWords Competence and Certification
  • Experience in client management and communication
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Tableau and Alteryx skills desired
  • minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Paid Search Specialist
