Job Description

Develop consumer campaigns and BAU strategy
Work with our marketing and brand partners to identify themes, topics and content that will resonate with target audiences and meet strategic business objectives
Identify core media list and find ways to deepen those relationships
Identify and establish relationships with third-party influencers that can contribute to and amplify our content
Leverage data and insights to inform narratives and influence programming
Build powerful, dynamic, influential content that can be adapted and shared across a variety of internal and external channels including earned media, social media, web and digital, events, advertising and sponsorships and e-mail

Influence and support the overall marketing and business strategy
Build a deep understanding of internal clients’ businesses and brand objectives, target customers, differentiators, potential risks, and PR opportunities
Work closely and engage with key stakeholders to build trusted relationships
Contribute to the overall marketing strategy for each business
Understand, identify and effectively navigate potential risks and sensitivities

Conduct Earned Media and Influencer Relations
Build and enhance mutually beneficial relationships among target industry media and influencers
Identify news hooks and opportunities for our thought leaders to be positioned as industry experts
Partner and collaborate with Corporate Communications team members to ensure well-managed (consistent, streamlined, value-drive and strategic wherever possible and appropriate) media and influencer engagement
Deliver flawless media engagement through comprehensive spokesperson prep, on the ground support, and follow-up
Leverage data and insights to build profile as an “authoritative source” for business among target media and influencers
Work with third party agency(s) and vendors to support “Always On” programming and media engagement

Impact and measurement
Ensure all work is executed through a lens of strategic impact and measurement – leveraging the latest tools and technology (including vendors) to showcase how thought leadership is driving business outcomes, brand awareness and engagement.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing integrated communication strategies
• At least 5 years of experience in managing communication channels and employee engagement in organizational goals, managing external agencies, manage organizational change, and create feedback loops between leaders and subordinates

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communications, Marketing or Public Relations
• 10 Years of experience in Developing and implementing integrated communication strategies to drive organizational change and achieve measurable results based on business objectives.
• 5 years of experience in Partnering with and coaching senior executives on effective communications that support organization objectives
• 5 years of experience in Oral and written communications
• 5 years of experience in Managing multiple projects
