Vitamin T's client, a major national retailer, is looking for a Marketing Strategist to join their team to support a critical initiative. The Digital Marketing Strategist will support paid digital campaigns for the client's Talent Acquisition team. These recruitment campaigns focus on driving qualified candidates to apply for key job openings within the company.
Title: Digital Marketing Strategist
Location: Onsite in Richmond, VA
Duration: 3-6 months, with potential to extend
Based on biggest staffing needs, identify how the client can reach qualified candidates and drive them to apply. Partner with stakeholders to identify the best path forward.
Oversee development of campaign creative assets by internal and external partners
Engage with the external agency partners responsible for developing creative, as well as placing media buys for programmatic, social, display, OOH, etc.
Track campaign performance. Partner with the Talent Acquisition data analyst to review campaign performance. Make recommendations on media performance to optimize ROI.
Manage external job board vendors. Campaigns will include placements on a number of the nation's leading job sites.
Utilize Google Analytics, Tableau, and tracking pixels to accurately track campaign performance
Write job board postings as needed
5+ years of strategic marketing experience.
Prefer candidates who have worked with a mix of digital and traditional channels (OOH, Social, Display, Paid Search, etc) of campaigns utilizing a mix of digital and traditional channels.
Previous experience with recruitment/talent acquisition campaign marketing is STRONGLY PREFERRED
Experience working with job board vendors in support of recruiting initiatives is preferred (ex: Indeed, Careerbuilder, Glassdoor, SnagaJob, LinkedIn, etc)
Experience managing tracking pixels for tracking campaign performance is a PLUS
