We are seeking a goal-oriented and highly entrepreneurial person to join our client's fast-paced team. We are looking for a creative, analytical and strategic individual to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion through social media initiatives. The position will utilize a combination of social network management, community engagement, and partnership opportunities to drive the social strategy. Successful candidates will possess a deep understanding of social media tactics and strategies along with experience in the Skincare or Beauty industry (nice bonus). This position will be responsible for creating and executing strategies in a fast-paced, high-volume environment across all social marketing channels.
Oversee all social media platforms from ideation, to content creation to implementation, management and reporting.
Expert understanding of social media monetization trends, practices and industry needs.
Attend industry events and talent meetings outside of normal work hours
Provide weekly reports and analysis around social media platforms
Drive compelling multi-platform social strategy, designed to accomplish larger corporate objectives.
Conceive, create and execute innovative marketing campaigns to deliver revenue growth, customer retention, brand awareness and engagement and sales through social channels.
Identify and create programs and promotions to grow membership and engagement within the social media and community space that align with DERMA E corporate objectives.
Use each channel to support brand objectives, key products & product launches.
Responsible for providing timely reporting and analytical understanding of campaign results.
Identify, learn and own emerging platforms strategy, analytics and execution.
Responsible for creating and implementing social publishing best practices with engagement benchmarks for all social channels.
Manage the social content planning, programming, publishing, tagging, and editorial calendar.
Develop new ways to foster community through real time 1-1 engagement.
Direct supervision of the Social Media Coordinator
2-4 + years of concentrated experience with digital marketing and/or social media channels; proven ability to significantly drive engagement, growth, and conversion.
2-4 years of paid Facebook advertising experience; using UI tools and features like Power Editor, Custom Audiences, Look-A-Like Audiences, Carousel Ads, etc.
Creative thinker who can be both innovative while execution oriented
Strong analytical capability with experience in reporting, data management, and analytics
Very proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to develop customized and professional reports
Multi-tasker who is well organized, with impeccable written and creative skills
Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast paced, positive environment.
