Our client is seeking a Creative Project Manager to:
-Oversee the competitive bid and negotiation process with vendors and suppliers that create and produce printed communications for direct mail, collateral, and other printed media.
-Develop and approve print production priorities and schedules, print specifications, and budgets
- Advise internal clients on tactics and options for printing and mailing projects that will produce best communication and marketing results.
You will manage relations with copywriters, proofreaders, graphic designers, printers, mail house vendors and internal clients. Other responsibilities include: communicating deadlines and ensuring that project/production schedule is met and delivered within approved budgets. You will also be responsible for reviewing, trafficking and signoff on proofs.
-Experience successfully managing large, complex, high quality print communications project is necessary.
-The ability to be detail oriented and have excellent communication and project management skills.
- Fluency in common office, productivity, and project management software such as MS Office, Basecamp, Workfront, etc.
