You will be working directly with a Copywriter/Content Creator
Primarily social with ability to adapt to other mediums

We are looking to bring on board an established creative team of Art Director and Copywriter. You are ideas people, a dynamic team who can create big ideas and bring them to life. Through your own graphic design work and art direction and copy skills, you can capture the spirit of an idea in a wide variety of aesthetic styles. From print, key visuals, campaigns, to video and motion, your work exhibits thinking, quality and visual diversity. This role is responsible for leading concept development and the translation and extension of concepts into effective visual designs for marketing, online campaigns, web and motion-based projects. Under the direction of a Creative Director (CD), you will work hands-on on several projects at a time and will be involved in all phases of creative development. You work independently, with limited oversight from your creative lead. As the Creative Team we would be tasking you with seeking out creative opportunities with our existing client base as well as new business.
What You Will Be Doing
Collaborate with our creative, account and strategy teams to concept big ideas and best-in-class campaign initiatives
Work with the MD, Creative Director and ACD as well as other stakeholders to ensure tone of voice and style matches our respective campaigns (brand, product, employer branding) while also having a perspective on copy, language, tone, voice.
Work with comprehensive campaign and tactical creative briefs to produce ideas in all mediums and channels that are on strategy, insightful/data-driven, innovative, and effective
Conceptualize/design digital and print ads, brochures, video, OOH, etc., that correspond to the brief.
Meet tight deadlines and work with Director of Creative Services to manage workload and deliverables
Work closely with producers, account and other talent to ensure final creative meets your final vision
Help art direct photography and videoshoots, to ensure that all multi-media has a purpose and a narrative.
Make complex concepts easily understandable for any audience through punchy headlines and friendly, approachable design
Present and provide rationale for campaign concepts to account team and stakeholders in global creative review
Stay immersed in current industry trends
Be able to work and think in complete ideas without the aid of a partner at times
