Searching for a Marketing Manager with 3+ years of experience in marketing (5+ is ideal) who has been responsbile in previous positions for marketing strategy, planning and executino. This person will work with internal teams as well as external vendors and partners, and serve as the point of contact for all marketing related needs.
This is a 3-4 month temp role (40 hours a week onsite in Irvine) with possibilities of extension or conversion if the person is a good fit.
Market Research - Conduct market research on market trends, vendor/technology evaluators and decision makers, journey blockers/enablers
GTM Strategy - Partner with internal folks to develop “go to market” strategies, including integrated marketing strategies/plans that drive business objectives
Vendor Marketing Plans – Work closely with strategic vendors to understand their business objectives, competitors, positioning, primary routes to market, marketing budget, etc.
Audience Segmentation/Targeting – Use data to segment the partner ecosystem and end-customer market and build/enhance company & vendor messaging
Marketing Mix - Integrated marketing plans should include elements related to sales enablement, partner recruitment, partner enablement, and thru partner marketing.
Marketing tactics - Include display, paid search, paid social, e-mail, events and webinars, landing pages, partner training content, offers, and incentives, etc.
Execution – Work with various internal teams to plan and execute marketing tactics, on time and on budget, as documented in annual semi-annual marketing plans.
Performance Reporting - Actively monitor campaign and performance reporting, distill and share actionable insights with internal stakeholders
Budget Management - Create and manage a marketing budget and forecast with a high degree of accuracy.
Cross Team Collaboration – Collaborate across a wide array of teams in a matrix environment, including Marketing (Digital, Content, Events), Product Marketing, Internal Agency team, vendors, and partners
3+ years minimum of marketing experience (5+ is ideal)
Background creating integrated marketing plans
Experience in project management
Experience utilizing reporting/analytics, monitoring tools - must be metrics driven.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to collaborate across a matrix environment
Experience in a technology/software environment is a plus!
