AQUENT’s Fortune 500 Financial client is looking for a Digital Marketing Product Manager onsite in Charlotte, NC, 40 hours a week, 12 months with opportunity extend, healthcare benefits provided, 401k, FlexSpend, and more. What you’ll do:

  • Provide marketing program management, working with marketing partners, channel managers and ad agencies to develop and execute digital consumer servicing campaigns (in Online Banking, mobile app, email). 
  • Support consumer service communications programs, Code Red urgent communications and two ongoing programs: Employee Banking and Investment welcome communications and Advisory Panel recruitment, 
  • Provide insights/reporting on programs and present Digital POV and learnings to segment and LOBs. 

What you’ll have:

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience that includes creative execution
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Ability to work across time zones, strong communicator and able to build relationships across teams
  • Exceptional project management/organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Financial services experience preferred
