  • Hours: Full-time

We are looking for a Hardware Sales Analyst to work closely with the sales team of our client to model and build weekly, quarterly and annual demand forecasts: incorporating promotional plans, deal pipeline, and seasonality assumptions and maintaining forecast assumptions in the demand planning tool.

Your responsibilities:

  • Analysing sales performance vs the demand forecast, understanding the root causes for over or underperformance
  • Report out on sales performance to internal management and global counterparts
  • Assessing risks and contingencies per product and working with Sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to build plans to mitigate risks and drive sales performance
  • Coordinate across sales and operations functions to update the Demand/Supply Planning Management team, driving towards product targets and performance goals
  • Lead ad hoc analysis projects to understand market trends, performance trends and provide actionable insights to the business.

Mandatory Skill/Experience/Education:

  • BA/BS degree in business or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Relevant work experience including business analysis, demand forecasting or product demand/supply planning 
  • Strong Analytical ability 
  • Problem Solving 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Attention to detail
  • Strategic planning, sales support and market research experience
  • Strong knowledge of the consumer electronics market
