Description: Working under the directionof our client, write, edit, and develop website content that will motivate users to regularly access the site to learn or do things they find valuable. May develop content to promote a new program,service or offering or to explain policy, process or procedure aimed at reducing customer service burden on a department or program. May migrate large volumes of content to a new information architecture, website or web publishing platform. May write help text, self-service prompts or instructions, FAQs, blog posts, catalog entries, profiles, stories or announcements. May gather user feedback for website content improvement and enhancements. May review website usage statistics and search logs to inform content strategy. May restructure or rewrite content for greater clarity or effectiveness, in some cases following a provided style guide. Must have understanding and proven skill at writing effective, searchable, scannable content for the web. May be asked to keywork or tag content using provided taxonomy.
