A typical day in the life of will include taking a look at what is happening across all platforms, especially in sales. Checking day over day sales growth. Connecting with the growth marketing team and understanding what insights are coming through and making decisions for the rest of the day or week based on those data insights. Syncing with multiple teams to make sure you’re getting the resources you need to be successful at your job. Working with creative and web engineering team. Making recommendations for things you want to change to optimize growing revenue or increasing sales.
6+ years of experience in digital marketing and analytics for fast-paced startups (or be open to working at a startup)
General consumer, e-commerce and retail experience
Deep expertise in data analysis and tools (must know SQL and Excel)
2+ years of management experience of at least 1 person
Must have implemented a multi-touch attribution model or have strong POV around it
