Job Description

Looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about all things digital! Must have 5+ years of digital marketing experience and can show they are motivated to contribute new ideas and drive and manage digital projects from start to finish. This is a direct placement role to sit onsite in Tustin, CA.

Must have experience with lead generation; display ads, analytics, email marketing; direct response marketing, and an understanding of PPC/SEO 

Responsibilities:

  • Integral role in planning and execution of performance campaigns spanning across digital channels
  • Work with internal teams on increasing lead generation through digital campaign development and execution
  • Handle a range of B2C digital projects including direct response marketing, display ads, social media marketing and SEO/SEM
  • Project manage campaigns from start to finish, including measuring and reporting performance against goals
  • Collaborate with design and content team to execute display/search ads, landing pages, and positioning to ensure brand standards and accuracy
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption for emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience in a digital marketing focused position
  • Experience working in a digital agency or in the financial services space - HUGE PLUS! 
  • Hands-on experience creating direct response campaigns
  • Background in working with internal teams on lead generation through various digital and online campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage display advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing and social campaigns
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics to measure success of campaigns
  • Background in using Facebook Ads and Bing
  • Working knowledge of media buying/planning, and the media buying space (DSPs, DMPs, SSPs)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
