I am currently recruiting for a Social Media Executive to join the Customer Channel’s team of a major European transport hub based in West London. In this role you will have the opportunity to work for major world-renowned brands.
The Customer Channels team is responsible for creating social media content that is both engaging and supports the client’s commercial goals. As Social Media Executive, you will work closely with the Social Media Manager on the delivery of all paid and organic social activity. The Social Media Executive will work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation to execute audience-led media strategies across Western and Chinese social platforms.
Work across all social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, WeChat, and Weibo
Create and commission social content with a high level of creativity
Advise on the correct image and video specifications to use as well as think of new ways to exploit the formats available
Manage paid social and native advertising campaigns for the client working with many stakeholders
Develop, optimise, and maintain paid and organic social delivery
Produce copy for social posts keeping our content calendar populated ahead of time
Coordinate the delivery of assets between agencies and stakeholder teams
Be an internal and external social media point of contact for ongoing digital projects
Experience in digital or integrated media planning and/or related fields including advertising, digital, social, native, display, and search media
Strong copywriting abilities suitable for social media posts
Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong working understanding of the Paid Social and Native Advertising industry and platforms and supporting technology, Facebook Power Editor, Twitter Ads, etc
