We are seeking a Social Media Specialist who will lead the strategy, editorial calendar, and execution of all content across owned social channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn, among others.
This person will be writing and presenting the weekly post calendar; managing the monthly editorial calendar; and taking first stab at curating images for posts. This Social Media Specialist will also be reporting on previous week's performance, and managing community. Content is key here!
These tasks/deliverables are the most pressing priority:
- community management,

- making the editorial calendar
- create a metrics/analytics dashboard, a social brand voice document, and strategy around social commerce.
- Female audience, so strong ability to capture female POV must-have

The right candidate has a proven track record of driving top and bottom funnel growth; developing acquisition strategies to grow our social following and has developed a mastery in conversion-driving strategies and tactics.
This team player knows how to tell a captivating social-first story, is a clean copywriter with an instinct for what’s on (and off) brand, and has an eye for powerful visuals.
The Social Media Specialist owns and reports all owned social KPIs, has a strong understanding of social analytics, and understands how data can inform a smart editorial strategy and ongoing optimizations.

What is Required:
2+ years of relevant experience managing social media for a large brand; direct experience managing a major social platform preferred.
Proven experience hitting key social metrics.
Ability to balance taste and editorial POV with data-driven strategy to achieve multiple brand goals.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally to create and curate content (photos, graphics, videos, GIFs, platform specific content such as IG stories), that maintains and follows brand voice/tone while aligning with marketing calendar and other messaging initiatives.
A strong knowledge of social analytics and scheduling tools, as well as Google Analytics.
Excellent editorial judgment, writing skills, and ability to capture the client voice.
Compelling portfolio of work for real world end users across social and/or digital channels.
Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
Positive attitude and ability to receive feedback constructively.
Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Must be punctual, responsible, dependable, honest, and work well with others to obtain common goals.
Organized self-starter who can follow instructions and work independently with little direct supervision.
