Job Description

Vitamin T is assisting our media client in finding a Digital Content Coordinator.  This role is full-time and on-site at their Oakbrook office from now until the end of the year, with possibility of extension, based on performance.  The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, media/television and/or film.  


  • Works daily with content providers to process and finalize new content orders
  • Review agreements and contracts for price verifications
  • Manage large database and several tracking documents for internal auditing (Master Movie/TV Files)
  • Tracking studio submissions and changes in 3rd party platform and internal tracking documents. 
  • Track and execute daily date and price changes for movies and TV 
  • Execute bulk data changes for studio and content provider updates
  • Frequent communication with internal teams and stakeholders on studio changes to movies and TV 
  • Liason between third party vendors for verification of studio avails and discrepancies. 
  • Generate reports based off of data 
  • Perform quality control activities against a large SKU of digital products inside 3rd party CMS 

Required Skills: 

  • High level Excel skills including basic formulas (VLOOKUP, etc), auto filter, conditional formatting and general management of large data sets 
  • Great attention to details
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Data and content quality assurance experience is a plus 


  • High school diploma, or equivalent, required 
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 2-4 years relevant experience preferred in film, movies or TV, data management, content management, or ecommerce.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical and or project coordinator related position within the media industry
