Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join a growing, technology-focused and service-oriented team. Are you passionate about applying your artistic skills to design and implement marketing pieces that appeal to certain target market? Do you thrive in a fast- paced and evolving environment? As the Graphic Designer, you will develop and implement design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion. You will apply artistic skills and design principles to develop an array of visual assets in print and digital formats, such as product packaging, marketing materials, digital advertisements, and emails. 

In this role, the successful candidate will: 

  • Create concepts, layouts, and final art. 
  • Conceptualize and design a wide variety of assets in print and digital formats, including advertisements, flyers, brochures, catalogs, banners, posters, logos, packaging, and technical documents, forms, website pages. 
  • Serve in a lead capacity on design projects and effectively present concepts to leadership. 
  • Ensure brand consistency across multiple product lines following brand style guide. 
  • Maintain document management protocols. 
  • Develop understanding of multiple products within multiple product lines. 
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance to all technical information. 
  • May perform some copywriting and other duties as assigned. 

What does it take to be a qualified candidate? 

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Graphic Design, or graduation from a professional art design academy required. 
  • Expert proficiency with the preparation of graphic materials using the Creative Cloud, including In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Dreamweaver, or other HTML programs. 
  • PC and MAC proficiency required. 
  • Photography and retourching skills preferred! - Ability to stage product photos shoots 
  • Understanding of design principles, color theory and layout. 
  • Ability to incorporate feedback from multiple sources into visual designs. 
  • Ability to manage projects that include cross-functional teams. 
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and meet deadlines. 
  • Illustration, retouching, and HTML capabilities are all pluses. 
  • Video production and editing a plus. 
  • Web development, including HTML and CSS a plus.
