Our client's Creative Team is looking for a Project Manager who will manage and facilitate the creation of content and collateral that communicates and moves the brand in compelling ways. Do you love process and managing workflows? Are you passionate about the creative process and can work with creatives to expedite projects, as well as balance the needs of stakeholders? If you are, we would love to hear from you and join us on an adventure as part of the Corporate Marketing team, reporting to the head of creative department.    


  • Daily tasking and management of project pipeline for the creative team

  • Main liaison between creative team and internal/external project requestors

  • Ensures all projects are adequately scoped with requester

  • Establishes project milestones and holds individuals responsible for delivery

  • Reviews all projects for accuracy and QA’s projects for final delivery

  • Work with various vendors for print, graphic and digital production

  • Communicates with all stakeholders while projects are in queue

  • Assists with strategic process creation and modification to allow department to scale as company grows

  • Generates reports on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis

  • Analyzes and develops solutions for improvements to production team

  • Understands and communicates our established brand guidelines

  • Collaborates with teammates to foster a design-centric culture

  • Develops solutions for scaling infrastructure as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years working within a creative department in a graphic design/production role
  • 1-2 years working as a production artist or traffic coordinator
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of print-production process
  • Experience with project management software (Robohead, JIRA, Service Now, Trello, etc) 

And      Really Nice to Have Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates a courteous and professional demeanor and attitude with all employees

  • Desire to work in a highly collaborative team

  • Willingness to analyze gaps and present solutions to improve the department

  • High level of attention to detail, must be able to act as QA filter for entire department

  • Additional responsibilities assigned by supervisor related to this department and position
