This is a hands-on role focused on contributing to the processes of product discovery, design and development You will work closely with product managers and strategist to create quality, device-agnostic user experiences and interfaces.
Role responsibilities include:
A User Experience Designer mandate is to advocate for the user while ensuring that the experience meets Marketing Goals in a consistent and/or appropriate way, regardless of the property being addressed.
Lead the project start to finish with the collaboration of creative director, stakeholder, and developer.
Deliver strong wireframe/ prototype to high-end UI well-optimized visual solution.
Use data and observation to understand our users and to develop insights into improvements for user experience and flow. Utilize A/B testing to present design solutions.
Researching and analyzing industry UX/UI trends and competitor sites and strategies.
To keep up to date with the latest web design technologies and techniques in order to discuss them for inclusion within our website creations.
Design for current experiences while also envisioning new ones. Working with our brand to generate new ideas and strong visual solution.
Understand the balance of user experience, business need, and time-to-market, and recommend tradeoffs where appropriate.
HTML and CSS. You don't need to be a web developer, but you'll need to talk and prototype designs to pass off to the tech team.
An outstanding portfolio that showcases your foundation in typography, visual design, interaction and mobile user experience.
Bachelor s degree and/or equivalent design exposure. 5+ years of experience.
