Job Description

The Web Content Coordinator, under the direction of Digital Content Editor, is responsible for content publishing to ensure a clean and seamless user experience for all company websites. Content Coordinator also monitors and ensures optimal performance of websites and provides technical support to users. This is a full-time role on-site, for at least 3 months+ could extend longer.

" Publishes website content and related layouts in accordance with brand design guidelines and industry standards 
" Implements changes, additions, and/or deletions to website content as needed, ensuring little disruption to users 
" Updates content in product libraries - images, name and description, SKU, UPC, price variants, sizes, etc. - and related data for online selling 
" Publish quarterly e-communication to online audience through Blog posts and E-blasts. 
" Publishes social posts in accordance with the social activity calendar across all platforms 
" Enhances customer experience by engaging with likes and comments where appropriate, in accordance with brand standards & industry practices. 
" Executes sales integration with social selling platforms (pinterest, facebook, Instagram) 
" Proactively monitors functionality of websites, and troubleshoots issues 
" Assists with online customer support and customer experience issues, troubleshooting with web developer and/or platform support team, provides technical support to user 
" Edit & Upload spreadsheets & CSV files to maintain a Customer Database, and produces data reports, as directed 
" Assists with organization of assets & materials for video and web content creators. 
" Attends corporate events and performs other duties as assigned 

" Two (2) years experience in a related field 
" Associates degree, or greater, in Information Technology, Marketing, or a satisfactory combination of experience and formal training Preferred 
" Knowledge in HTML AND CSS preferred 
" Strong digital design skills and the ability to work creatively and cooperatively 
" Proficient in SEO/marketing techniques and practices 
" Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite 
" Excellent prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines 
" Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
