A highly experienced Marketing Manager is required for an award-winning strategic design agency that has offices in both Sydney and Melbourne.
This exciting role will be based in the Sydney office and will be reporting directly to the CEO.

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Executive level of internal working relationships with CEO, COO and the Head of BD&M with preparation of Business Development and Marketing plans, and identifying and assisting in conversion new business opportunities.
Working very closely with Communications on content strategy, planning and in preparation of bids and presentations.
Key decision makers to develop relationships in architectural, interior design, project management, real estate agents and developer organisations with the aim of identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Industry Associations to develop relationships with relevant organisations to the Business Unit, target sector and business development plans.
PR to develop relationship with the appointed external PR agency to identify opportunities to promote the business in the media.
External Suppliers as required in order to deliver marketing initiatives (events, website, video production, etc)
WHAT IS THIS ROLE ALL ABOUT?
Consolidate the Heads of Business Unit plans into the company’s Marketing Plan.
Oversee the implementation and management of the budget for the overall Marketing plan.
Assist in compiling and overseeing the very busy company events calendar
Oversee and assist in the coordination of case studies, EDMs, thought-leadership articles, digital marketing, website updates, awards submissions, marketing videos, credentials master deck.
Lead the management and use of CRM / Pipedrive database for contact management and business development tracking.
Oversee all the company marketing material to ensure consistency across the business.
Work with Bid Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator to oversee the production of credentials decks and other supporting materials to assist in business development activities
Work collaboratively with the Management team to identify unique opportunities to market the business’ services and introduce the company to new verticals as agreed in the business plans.
This role involves attending all appropriate functions and events and actively networking at such events.
Liaise with State Marketing Coordinators in each state on material and events
Manage all sponsorship agreements of the company.
Identify the best opportunities for the company to attend, present, facilitate events and/or speaking opportunities at conferences.
Manage key team members in the Marketing team and undertake regular PPMs
Convene team to review key priorities and deadlines.
