We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager for the European markets with Oculus/VR experience in a similar strategic planning and/or chief of staff role.

The position is aiming at facilitating key organizational and sales processes as well as owning strategic projects plan of record:

  • Facilitate and own Rhythm of business timings and preparation (ROB) cadence (planning/forecasting/monitoring), ops reviews, QBRs, team meetings, and exec review preparation
  • Strategic planning projects framework ownership: organizational evolution, productivity, (individual project owners can be other team members)
  • Developing organizational scorecards that measure and monitor KPIs and organizational performance
  • Manage on-boarding process for new hires
  • Champion and facilitate cross-functional efforts to improve team effectiveness and cross functional collaboration
  • Owning internal team communications process and tools

Skills: Required Qualifications

  • 5+ or more years of experience in channel operations, channel compensation & programs development
  • BA/BS in Business, science or Marketing related field (In lieu of degree, 7+ years of relevant work experience)
  • Ability to design and communicate key processes string knowledge of the Microsoft office suite, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, G suite
  • Ability to manage intense workload with short timeframes
  • Outstanding communication skills, experience in a strategic planning and/or chief of staff role
  • Capacity to get things done at short notice while collecting information from a variety of internal and external source
