We are content expert to join its Help Experiences team working on an Augmented reality product. The Help Experience team produces Help Center and scaled community support content for more than 2 billion people around the world who use Facebook and related products. The ideal candidate is a strong editor with experience in digital content management, data analysis, and project management.
You'll be working on educational experiences for Spark AR Studio - a creative tool for augmented reality experiences across the Facebook family of products. Spark AR Studio is for all kinds of AR creators - not just developers and experts - so you'll have the ability to create educational resources for a broad spectrum of people new to augmented reality.
You'll be taking complex technical processes and translating them into engaging, plain-English written materials, videos and interactive educational experiences. You'll have expertise in providing materials that help people to learn technical creative software.
3+ years of writing experience
1+ years of experience in one or more of these areas: help and support content for software/digital products, content management workflows, editorial quality assurance, developing content with multi-disciplinary teams at a tech company.
Writing educational documentation for:
Node-based programming / visual programming tools
Graphic design/creative tooling
3D and 2D modeling and compositing
Video script writing and production
BA or BS equivalent

Also, we'd love to see more around developing product educational materials, and producing help materials in response to user needs. Generally, we're not interesting in people that are primarily marketing copy writers/ creative writers.”
