Job Description

Role: Email Marketing Coordinator 
Duration: 12 Months
Location: London

Salary/Pay Rate: £39 - 48k (pro rata)


As an Email Marketing Coordinator you will execute email campaigns under the guidance from the Email Communications lead.

Responsibilities: 
Support outbound email marketing campaigns with a focus on execution, project management, production, localization and performance reporting.
Work cross-functionally with product / campaign owners and other stakeholders to source & develop campaign messaging and assets, identify and create target user lists, secure all required approvals, build, test and send campaigns and report back to stakeholders on performance. 

Skill/Experience/Education

  • MandatoryBachelor's degree.
  • 3 years experience in email or direct marketing to large audiences.
  • Project management skills with the ability to implement and drive projects forward while working collaboratively with internal and external clients.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills in English as well as strong interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of effectively supporting multiple projects at a time in a very fast-moving environment.
  • Positive can-do attitude and tireless work ethic.
     

Desired

  • HTML skills / medium to advanced programming syntax.
  • Experience writing SQL queries, pulling data from relational databases, creating.databases, and working with other statistical analysis software a plus.
  • Excel skills (pivot tables, macros etc.).
  • Localisation.
  • Comfortable learning and using new tools and platforms.
  • Experience documenting processes.
  • QA (quality assurance) experience.
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and willing to work flexible hours.
