Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a UK Internal Communications Project/Program Manager for a role with an American multinational technology company with offices based in Holborn. 

The UK Internal Operations Communications team is looking for an individual who will work directly with stakeholders to execute the internal communications and campaigns for the company’s growing Operations business.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, customer-obsessed and details-driven communications expert who is passionate about creating new ways to help employees connect to the business. You want to inspire employees through strategic and innovative communications and campaigns at scale.


Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute inventive messages and tactics that engage a diverse employee base
  • Proactively build and maintain collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Create, measure and coordinate distribution of timely and relevant communications
  • Provide expert communications counsel to diverse groups within the organization
  • Work with other communication colleagues to ensure an integrated approach across communication platforms
  • Manage and support crisis communications as needed.


Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Communications or a related field
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, particularly in narrow time frames
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Experience developing creative, effective approaches to reach a mobile (non-desk) and diverse global audience
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues, and create a concise and well-written narrative
  • Project management experience including the ability to articulate how campaigns come to life across channels and audiences
  • Possess a strategic approach to problems solving; able to anticipate potential reputational issues
  • Strong leader with excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with and influence all levels across the business
  • Well-timed tenacity and conviction
